ICHOR-DROWNED imagines Heart’s depths awash with seas of godsblood, and includes new options for players and game-masters alike: wretched character classes, transformed landmarks, vehicles to sail the accursed seas, inspiration for new delves, and TESTAMENT, a pelagic adventure to kidnap someone from heaven.

ICHOR-DROWNED is a 140-page community supplement for Heart: The City Beneath, created by Brendan McLeod and Sillion L.

About Heart: The City Beneath

Heart: The City Beneath is a standalone roleplaying game that gives players the opportunity to take on the role of delvers – people on the fringes of civilisation who are driven to explore a shifting, unpredictable realm waiting beneath the surface of the world in search of answers, absolution, or revelations.

Using the Resistance System first developed in Spire: The City Must Fall, Heart focuses on what player characters have to lose in pursuit of their goals whether that’s supplies, friends, sanity, blood, a way home, or spatial or bodily integrity. Anything is up for grabs.

Classes such as the addict Junk Mage, the bee-filled Deep Apiarist, the ravenous Cleaver and the pre-deceased Deadwalker give players the opportunity to explore the world from unique perspectives.

To use ICHOR-DROWNED, you’ll need a copy of Heart: The City Beneath – you can pick one up here.

I love all of the 3 new community content zines, but this one if my favourite ! The eldritch nautical setting is very refreshing and a smart addition (that could be expanded even more), some classes are really great (love the Somnajac ! which I feel like is very compatible with Spire's Glassheim scenario) and I always wanted to know more about the heavens which are really creative locations in this universe so the Testament scenario is very pleasing. This is an awesome, generous work filled with…
