Information provided by you when using the Website or e-shop

You may give us information about you by filling in forms when using our services, as well as when creating your account during the registration process, or using the e-shop available on our Website.

Payment Information

In order for you to use the e-shop function on our Website we collect details of your billing address from you. All other payment details and information such as your bank account details will be collected by third party payment providers including Stripe and/or PayPal so that the processing, fulfilment and delivery of items that you have ordered from our e-shop can be delivered to you in a timely manner.

All financial transactions via our e-shop on the Website are handled through our payment services providers, who will have access to your payment information.   We do not share any personal information with third party payment providers including Stripe and/or PayPal, but you will be required to provide your information to them directly if you wish to purchase items from our e-shop.

We share your name, email address and billing address information with Xero for the purposes of generating sales invoices when you buy something via our e-shop. If we do share personal information with vendors (including Xero), they are only allowed to process it as necessary to perform the services we have requested.

Information about you collected from Third Parties (“Content Information”)

We may collect information about you from third party service providers (like social media companies, marketing partners or public databases) to use along with the information that we collect from you.

Other companies may set their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit the Website. This includes third parties that we have engaged to provide services on our behalf (like website analytics), as well as third parties that deliver content (like videos from YouTube).


To provide the Website, our e-shop and Support Services to You

We will use information about you (including Submitted Information, Analytics, Payment Information and Content Information) for delivering our services to you, and to deliver any products that you purchase through our e-shop to you, under the terms of use agreed between us.

The particular ways we use personal information will depend on how you use the Website and e-shop. Examples of how we will use your personal information include:

We work with Parcelhub Ltd (“Parcelhub”) to help us fulfil your orders from our e-shop. In order to fulfil any orders that you make via our e-shop, and so that these can be delivered to you either electronically or by post, we may share the following personal information with Parcelhub:

  • Your postal address.

We also work with Studio 2 Publishing (“S2P”) to help us fulfil US orders from our e-shop. In order to fulfil any orders that you make via our e-shop, and so that these can be delivered to you either electronically or by post, we may share the following personal information with S2P:

To Understand how our Website and e-shop are used

We process information (including Submitted Information, Analytics, Payment Information and Content Information) to understand how visitors use our Website and e-shop, and we may compile statistical reports regarding that activity under the terms of use agreed between us.

This processing is necessary for us to pursue our legitimate interest of (i) ensuring that our Website and e-shop function properly so that you and other users have the best experience when using them, and (ii) improving the quality of our Website and e-shop, and providing a better experience to our users.
